1 Services

We provide professional beauty and cosmetic services, including, but not limited to:

• Eyebrow shaping and styling
• Brow tinting and lamination
• Eyelash extensions
• Lash lifts and tinting
• Facial treatments
• Skin consultations
• Skincare treatments
• Retail skincare and beauty products

All services are subject to availability and professional assessment.

2 Eligibility

Clients must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or
• Have written consent from a parent or legal guardian where legally permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse service where it is unsafe, inappropriate, or contrary to professional standards.

3 Bookings and Appointments

Appointment Confirmation

Appointments are considered confirmed once:

• A booking confirmation has been issued; and
• Any required deposit has been paid.

Arrival Time

Clients are requested to arrive on time for appointments. Late arrivals may result in:

• Reduced treatment time;
• Rescheduling of the appointment; or
• Cancellation fees as outlined below.

4 Deposits

We may require a deposit to secure appointments. Deposits:

• Are applied toward the total service cost;
• May be non-refundable if cancellation policies are not followed;
• May be transferred to a future booking where permitted under our cancellation policy.

5 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To respect the time of our practitioners and other clients:

Cancellations

Clients must provide at least [24/48] hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled within the notice period may incur:

• Loss of deposit; and/or
• A cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service value.

No-Shows

Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in:

• Full appointment charges;
• Loss of deposit; and
• Restrictions on future bookings.

6 Health and Medical Disclosure

Clients must disclose any information that may affect treatment safety, including:

Failure to provide accurate information may affect treatment outcomes and may result in refusal of service.

7 Patch Testing

Certain treatments may require a patch test before service, including:

• Lash tinting
• Brow tinting
• Lash lifting
• Brow lamination

Where a patch test is required:

• It must be completed within the recommended timeframe before treatment;
• Treatment may be refused if testing requirements are not met.

Clients who decline a recommended patch test do so at their own risk, where permitted by applicable law.

8 Treatment Results

Beauty treatments are subject to individual factors, including:

• Hair type
• Lifestyle
• Medical conditions
• Aftercare compliance

As a result:

• Outcomes may vary between individuals.
• Specific results cannot be guaranteed.

9 Aftercare Responsibilities

Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to follow aftercare advice may:

• Affect treatment longevity and results;
• Increase the risk of irritation or complications.

We are not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

10 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of beauty services: Completed services are generally non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided based solely on:

• Personal preference;
• Change of mind;
• Dissatisfaction where the service was performed as agreed.

Products

Retail products may be eligible for return or replacement where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Photographs and Marketing

With your consent, we may take photographs of treatment results for:

• Client records
• Training purposes
• Marketing and promotional content

Consent may be withdrawn at any time for future use. No identifying information will be published without permission.

12 Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers:

• Are redeemable only for services or products specified;
• Cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law;
• Must be used before their expiry date (if applicable);
• May not be replaced if lost or stolen.

13 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking will generally be the price confirmed at the time of booking unless an error has occurred. Additional charges may apply where:

• Additional treatment time is required;
• Additional products or services are requested.

14 Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully;
• Interfere with website functionality;
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
• Reproduce website content without permission.
